Nothing Special stars Hollywood acting legend Karen Black (Easy Rider, Five Easy Pieces, The Great Gatsby, Nashville, Airport 1975, Family Plot), Barbara Bain (TV’s Mission: Impossible) and talented newcomer Julia Garcia Combs. Despite the title, Nothing Special is very special indeed as it brings to light the struggles of a young woman trying to have a life and career while hiding the realities of living with her dramatic bi-polar mother.
